MYOFASCIAL MASSAGE
Fascial Release & Balance
Myofascial massage is a deep therapy that works on the fascia — the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, organs, and internal structures.
Beyond supporting the body, fascia also holds memory.
Stress, physical impacts, unprocessed emotions, and postural compensations can create tension, adhesions, and rigidity within this tissue.
When fascia loses elasticity, the body loses freedom.
Myofascial massage aims to restore that freedom.
What is fascia?
Fascia is a three-dimensional network that connects your entire body.
It does not function in isolated parts, but through interconnected chains.
That is why discomfort in the neck may originate in the pelvis.
Tension in the jaw may be related to the diaphragm.
When we work with fascia, we work with the body as a whole.
What is a session like?
It is not a quick or superficial massage. Sustained, slow pressure is applied to allow the tissue to soften and reorganize naturally. The body is not forced — it is supported.
During the session, you may feel your nervous system shift into a state of regulation, allowing the body to release tension.
What can it help with?
• Chronic tension
• Neck or lower back pain
• Recurrent muscle tightness
• Body stiffness
• Accumulated stress
• A sense of physical or emotional blockage
The intention is not only to relieve pain, but to restore mobility, coherence, and internal balance.
When fascia regains its elasticity:
Posture improves.
Movement flows.
Breathing expands.
Energy is released.
And the body remembers what it feels like to be in balance.
